KnowledgeHouse specialises in business and strategy development and implementation, and has developed and implemented strategies for some of the largest private and public companies in Scandinavia including: Lundbeck A/S, VELUX, MTHøjgaard, FLSmidth, Danish Road Directorate, KNI Greenland, Kromann Reumert, Bech Bruun etc. 

Consulting, training programs, workshops and lectures are part of a strategy process, which is tailored to the organisation's requirements and unique characteristics and challenges, culture and customer and other stakeholder needs and expectations. All strategy and management development activities include targets/goals and effect measurement as an integral part, where the train-the-trainer approach to ensure optimal results and integration. 

Digitalisation and digital transformation

KnowledgeHouse is specialized in digitalization and digital transformation of both private and public organizations. Annabeth Aagaard originally founded Interdisciplinary Centre for Digital Business Development in 2018 at Aarhus and has been running the centre as its’ director since.

This also implies that all solutions, training and consulting is based on her and the centre’s extensive knowledge and research, projects and courses. A large part of this knowledge has been made publicly available through the centre’s e-learning platform, which Annabeth Aagaard established. Furthermore, she has developed and is the copyright owner of the digital maturity assessment tool DMAT, which is applied in assessing and mapping out digital development areas for companies to pursue in their digital transformation and digital strategy.

ESG, sustainable business and green transition

KnowledgeHouse carries out consulting, training, lectures and workshops in ESG, green transition, sustainable management as well as circular and sustainable strategy and business development. The consulting and development of the KnowledgeHouse is always based on the present Danish sustainability regulations, CSRD and the EU taxonomy and emphasises how the company can optimise, develop and innovate their business, strategy and practices to better support a sustainable future. Training and consulting are always based on Annabeth Aagaard’s extensive publications, research projects and knowledge of industry best practice in sustainable and circular business development and – transformation.

The KnowledgeHouse is specialised in innovation, concept development and change processes, as the company's CEO, Annabeth Aagaard has earned a Phd in Innovation, and has published a number of handbooks targeting different types of innovation:

Change management and transformation processes

KnowledgeHouse handles consulting, development, lectures and workshops in connection with change management and organisational changes such as mergers, organisational development, transformation processes and corporate value integration etc.  

These developments are prepared and tailored to the company's unique characteristics and always in close cooperation with the company and its internal consultants, who are integrated through 'train-the-trainer' activities to ensures the long-term successful anchoring of the organisational changes. 

Knowledge Management

KnowledgeHouse lives up to its name, as the main objective of the company is to continuously contribute with new knowledge and globally sharing the latest knowledge and research on management, sustainability, strategy, innovation, business modelling etc. The company's director, Annabeth Aagaard, has published several books and numerous public and scientific articles on knowledge management and networking. 

She is the author of two of the first books in Danish on knowledge sharing and knowledge management, respectively, "Viden i bevægelse – på vej mod den vidende virksomhed", Børsens Forlag, that received the prize for ’book of the month’ and "Skab resultater gennem læring, viden og kompetencer”, JP Business Publishing. 

KnowledgeHouse develops and advises on the development and implementation of knowledge and network strategies, training in cross-divisional knowledge management and ideation as well as strategic network management and structured knowledge sharing and effective networks. In the practical implementation she combines the work with the learning organisation, core knowledge sharing and strategic competence development and networking to achieve the best results for the company. 

Organisational development and social capital

The KnowledgeHouse handles consulting, development, lectures and workshops within Human Resource Management, HR strategy development, business-oriented HRM, strategic competence development, talent management and training impact measurement. 

The HR consulting and development of the KnowledgeHouse is always based on how HR can optimise and develop to better support the specific and strategic objectives of the HR unit and of the overall business strategy. Therefore, impact measurement is always an integral part of all educational and training activities carried out by KnowledgeHouse. 

Annabeth Aagaard contributes with articles within the HRM field and has worked for the organisation PID - Personnel Managers in Denmark, and writes articles on topical HR issues for PID's members and in the magazines 'Personalechefen' and ’Ledelse i udvikling’.
